Sugar Bay Club Suites & Hotel

Sugar Bay Club has 94 suites and rooms with amazing views of the tropical gardens, swimming pool or ocean. The garden, poolside and oceanfront rooms are located in seven two-storey buildings spreading across the lawn. The poolside cottage suites and oceanfront cottages, meanwhile, are single storey buildings surrounding the pool or the beach.

The Bamboo Bar is adjacent the lobby and has frequent entertainment. It is open from 6 pm to midnight at least four days a week.

Guests can also enjoy a cool refreshing drink while taking a swim in the pool. The poolside bar is open from 10 am to 6 pm and until midnight at least three days a week.

Guests are requested to contact the hotel for its check-out policy.

Accommodation is free for children up to 12 years sharing a room with an adult.

For stays between 16 April 16 and 20 December:

- cancellations made up to three days prior to arrival incur no penalties

- cancellations made three days or less prior to arrival incur a one-night charge at the agreed rate, plus tax

- short stays or no-shows incur  full charge at the agreed rate, plus tax.

For stays between 21 December and 15 April:

- cancellations made up to one week prior to arrival incur no penalties

- cancellations made seven days or less prior to arrival incur three nights charge at the agreed, rate plus tax

- shortened stays or no-shows incur full charge at the agreed rate, plus tax.

For stays between 20 December and 3 January:

Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to arrival to be exempt of any charges. Otherwise, guests are charged for the entire stay, plus tax penalty.
