The guests enjoy relaxing in the exquisite living room decorated with both antique and modern furnishings, or on the balcony accommodating a wonderful day bed and hammock. The house is wide open with its quaint gingerbread trim, pink and white outside shutters, and beautiful mahogany finishes, creating a warm old world charm.
Breakfast
A full sumptuous breakfast is included. Breakfasts are served in grand style on the main balcony which offers breathtaking views of not only the Frigate Bay and Half Moon Bay resorts, including the Royal St. Kitts Golf Club, but also the magnificent Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea and our beautiful sister island of Nevis beyond.
The full breakfast menu is a truly delightful experience, offering delicious Caribbean treats according to the tastes of our guests. We offer Fresh Fruit Platter, garnished with fresh mint or bougainvillea from the garden Freshly Brewed Coffee or Tea.
(We offer a choice of herbal teas such as mint or basil which are picked fresh from our garden.) Fluffy French Toast or Banana Buttermilk Pancakes served with real Maple Syrup and Crisp Bacon. Eggs are served as Omelettes or Scrambled, garnished with fresh herbs or light vegetable sauces. Freshly baked homemade breads. Wonderfully steamed hot cereals are served on request.

There is no charge for children under 12 years staying with an adult.
- One night required. This is applied to the first and last night.
